SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) after your payment is verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: 
* Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location, as items are shipped directly from our global fulfillment centers.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ErgoRelief is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at panthiaashish.me@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
